1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using BookingPrint Pro ("the App," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BookingPrint Pro ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

BookingPrint Pro is a Wix application that allows users to generate printable PDF schedules from their Wix Bookings calendar. Our services include:

Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly schedule PDFs
Multiple professional PDF templates (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Corporate, Medical, Spa, Fitness)
Customization options including branding and display preferences
Automatic email delivery of schedules
Filtering by staff and location, attendance column, CSV export, revenue summary (plan-dependent)

3. Eligibility

To use BookingPrint Pro, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age
Have a valid Wix account
Have Wix Bookings installed on your site
Have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms

4. Account and Access

Wix Integration. BookingPrint Pro operates through your Wix account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wix credentials.

Authorization. By installing the App, you authorize us to access your Wix Bookings data as necessary to provide our services.

Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Plans. We offer multiple subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business) with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing section.

Billing. Payments are processed through Wix's billing system. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds. We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact us within 5 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems to access the App excessively
Share your account access with unauthorized parties
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property. The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by BookingPrint Pro and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content. You retain ownership of your booking data, logo, and custom content. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our services.

Generated PDFs. PDFs generated through our service are yours to use for your business purposes.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

Availability. We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

Maintenance. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Wix Dependency. Our service depends on Wix's APIs. We are not responsible for issues caused by Wix platform outages or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for errors in your booking data or generated schedules resulting from incorrect source data

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookingPrint Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

By You. You may uninstall the App at any time through your Wix Dashboard.

By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

Effect. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
