Installation Guide

Get BookingPrint Pro running on your Wix site in a few minutes.

Install free on Wix

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • An active Wix website with a Premium plan
  • Wix Bookings installed with at least one service configured
  • Administrator access to your Wix Dashboard
  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge)

Installation steps

Follow these five steps to install and configure the app.

Find BookingPrint Pro

Locate the app in the Wix App Market.

Log in to your Wix account, open the Wix App Market, and search for "BookingPrint Pro" — or use the direct link from this page's hero button.

Tip: Make sure Wix Bookings is already installed on your site before installing us.

Install the app

Add BookingPrint Pro to your Wix site.

On the App Market page, click "Add to Site", select your site, review the requested permissions, then click "Add App" to confirm.

Tip: We need access to your Bookings data to generate schedules — that's the core permission.

Authorize access

Grant the necessary permissions.

BookingPrint Pro requests access to: Wix Bookings (read appointments), Business Info (for your logo), and Staff Members (for filtering). Click Authorize to continue.

Tip: We only request the minimum permissions needed to generate your schedules — nothing more.

Configure settings

Set up your preferences.

Upload your business logo (optional), pick a default template, set display options (contact info, notes, attendance column), and configure auto-email delivery if desired.

Tip: Every setting can be changed later from the Settings page — nothing is locked in.

Generate your first PDF

Create your first schedule.

Pick a date, set filters (staff, location, status), preview the schedule, then click Generate PDF — it downloads instantly.

Tip: Congrats — you're ready to print schedules anytime.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to fix them.

App not loading

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try again.

No appointments showing

Verify you have appointments in Wix Bookings for the selected date and check that staff/location filters aren't excluding them.

Permission denied error

Re-authorize the app from Wix Dashboard → Apps → BookingPrint Pro → Manage App → Permissions.

PDF not downloading

Check your browser's popup blocker. Also confirm you have remaining quota on your current plan.

Wrong time zone

We use your Wix site's time zone. Update it in Wix Dashboard → Settings → General → Regional Settings.
